The earlier the better, especially for weekends and large groups. Send us your date and headcount and we will confirm availability.
Can you adapt the menu to dietary needs?+
Yes. Tell us about allergies, vegetarian guests or other requirements in your request, and the kitchen will build the menu around them.
Do you serve on site or deliver?+
Both. We deliver ready-to-serve trays and platters, or bring our team to cook and serve at your venue — including a live ceviche station.
